I UNDERSTAND THAT A 18% BUYER’S PREMIUM WILL BE ADDED TO THE “HAMMER” PRICE ON EVERY LOT.

Below are the highest prices I agree to pay for each of the lots listed, it being understood that they will be sold to me below my limits if the auction permits. I have read and agree to the “Conditions of Sale” in your catalogue.
By submitting this bid, I understand that:

A) The amount of my bid does not include the 18% Buyer’s Premium to be added to the “hammer” price,

B) I am responsible for NY State Sales if applicable

C) I am responsible for all Shipping fees, Customs and Duty fees Etc. if applicable,

D) Unless I provide proof of insurance through my own carrier, I will be charged for transit insurance,

E) If I choose to pay by credit card, a 3.5% fee will be added to the total charge.

F) Bids are not considered RECEIVED unless they have been acknowledged by telephone or e-Mail by Harmers International.

G) Unknown Bidders may be required to provide a 25% bidding deposit or credit card authorization.

Bids which do not conform to the above will be automatically reduced to the correct level.
