Email bidding is simply emailing your bids to Harmers International, Inc.  Email is a straightforward way to bid, particularly if you are a known customer in a hurry.

Success Factors

  • Make certain your email identifies who you are.
  • Make sure you receive a bid confirmation.
  • Use the Bids@HarmersInternational.com email address.

Gottchas

  • New or unknown clients should provide 1-2 references.
  • Your "returned receipt" is not a confirmation from us.
  • Last-minute bids may be difficult to execute – but we will try.
  • Watch your Harmer companies

Emailing your bids is easy, but it can be difficult for bidders to remember where and with whom they placed the bids.  Email is a good choice for those not comfortable with other online bidding platforms but are comfortable with email technology.  Like Mail bids, Fax bids email is a direct communication to the auction house before the auction.

What to Expect

Bidders will email bids to Bids@HarmersInternational.com .  Harmer will receive the bids and place them on the book, and you will receive a confirmation that the bid was placed.  If we have any questions, we will contact the bidder.  At the time of the auction, the bids will be executed by the auctioneer as a left bid.
