Harmers International will allow philatelic clubs the use of our online meeting room free of charge between our auction schedules.
Our virtual meeting centre has robust and capabilities for both audio and video conferencing. Meeting presentations are loaded on our site and, if you permit, can be interactive allowing participants to comment on the presentation. The meeting is moderated by your club allowing you full control of the features you would like to utilize.
We encourage all clubs to record their meetings, especially member collection presentations and place them as a webinar on our site for the benefit of all philatelists.
This technology will permit members who can not physically attend your meeting to participate in real-time and allow others to view the meeting at a more convenient time in the comfort of their own homes.
